<p>Makes 4 servings.</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>

<li>1/2 head of <a href="http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2475/2">Romaine lettuce</a></li>
<li>1/4 cup of lowfat <a href="http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/154/2">cheddar cheese</a></li>

<li>cumin, red pepper, and chili powder</li>

<div>Brown the turkey. Once the turkey is browned add cumin, red pepper, and chili powder to taste. Mix turkey with rest of ingredients in a bowl using the salsa as a dressing.</div>

<p>My name is Ben Bishop and I&#8217;m a 31 year old freelance software engineer that has a long history of wanting to be in awesome shape, but has never put all of the elements together successfully. Time and time again, the alchemy of the right diet and the right workout program has eluded me. I hope P90X changes that.</p>
<p>It is my goal for <a href="http://myp90xworkout.com">MyP90XWorkout.com</a> to be a living journal as I find out if P90X is truly the answer I have been looking for.</p>
