P90X Workout Week 1 Day 2 Dinner

Dinner at 6:45 p.m.:

  • 4 cups of raw spinach
  • 2 oz of seedless red grapes
  • 4 oz Salmon
  • 1 cup prepared Couscous Mix
  • 1/6 cup Craisins-Dried Cranberries
  • 5 oz Pinot Noir-Wine
