Breakfast at 7:15 am after waking up at 6:00 am:

  • 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
  • 1 Packet Apples & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 Whole Egg, Large
  • .7 cup Milk Nonfat
  • 1 V8 Spicy Hot 100% Vegetable Juice
