As you can see, I’m not really doing this to lose weight. Hopefully after completing P90X I’ll finally be able to do something about that bully at the beach that keeps kicking sand in my face.
Here’s a simple and filling Taco salad I made over the weekend while I was preparing to get into the P90X groove (and by “groove” I mean death march into fitness.)
